Sisters Cuisine is a small Caribbean and Soul Food Cafe that has been a cornerstone of the East Harlem community for the past 25 years. The cuisine is steeped in the powerful flavors of our cultural home of Guyana, and the soul-warming tradition of southern cooking. Best known for their Oxtails, Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken, and Roti to name a few; this is one place you are guaranteed to find a dish you will swear by. It is their mission to delight our customers with every bite! The restaurant is run and owned by Chef RanDe Rogers.


This time of Covid-19 has been the most trying in our lives, and certainly the most precarious for this business. Balancing the financial vs. health needs, not only of oneself; but of one's employees and business, is the incredibly unenviable position every small restaurant owner has been left with... and that was just day one. Subsequent months have been an onslaught of unforeseen and unimaginable hurdles to smooth operational execution, while catering, a relied upon channel of supplemental and seasonal business, has dried up.
