IT'S TIME TO ACT.
We need funds help offset the cost of the equipment and build the infrastructure needed to support the growing demand for Ethiopian food. We can also use funds to hire employees so we can open again.

About
We are a family owned and operated restaurant out of San Jose, ca. We have been serving the community over the last 10 years. We noticed the Ethiopian restaurant business model doesn't have supply chain for it main product, injera - the flat sour dough Spongy bread that is used to scoop up the dishes. Lack of this supply chain is one of the main reason why Ethiopian restaurants find it hard to expand or open up in areas of high demand. We set out to solve this problem by making the first every automated solution to making injera. Then covid happened... our business was hit hard, and so was our plan for expansion and our ability to pay off for equipment we ordered.
